As mentioned last week, resume writing business has greatly increased for The Writer's Block - GoodResume.com. This weekend, in fact, I am working on two more resumes, one of which is a rush job.
I am receiving resume writing service inquiries from people from diverse professions, including pharmacists, computer programmers, auto workers, bank tellers, accountants, biologists, journalists, and casino workers. It seems like the economic downturn is affecting all levels of the workforce.
With many people out of work or fearful that their jobs will be eliminated, I have no problem working the extended hours to help them out. I have been in their shoes, so I understand their urgency.

With so many people looking for jobs I can see that a resume service would be in high demand. It must be rewarding knowing you are helping people in times of great stress
